Use this RNM DOC 003 second fix QA checklist to complete and verify apartment fit-out works. Confirm all circuits are second-fixed to drawings, appliances connected, fire and acoustic inserts installed, smoke and heat alarms interconnected and tested, lights and switching configured correctly, fans boosting, lamps flush, blanks fitted and labeled, accessories level, heaters and towel radiators secure, consumer unit labeled, and installer test sheets completed. Capture drawings and photo evidence, record clashes and issues, run function tests for lighting, sockets, MVHR boost, white goods, and heating, and obtain installer and supervisor sign-off.
