This residential electrical second fix QA checklist helps verify installation quality and readiness for handover in apartments and houses. It covers consumer unit completion and labeling, MCBs and blanks, multi-gang switches, fused spurs (including MVHR), and appliance second fix in kitchens such as oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. It includes checks for sockets, smoke and heat detectors, light fitting alignment and switching in living areas and bedrooms, panel heaters with fused spurs, bathroom lighting and mirror/niche lights, towel rail spurs, extractor fans with isolators and overrun, outside lighting, and final completion sign-off by customer and foreman.
