This RLS Completion of Works checklist helps verify roofing projects are delivered to specification. Record project and contractor details, roof area, build-up, and system information. Capture membrane type such as single ply, hot melt, torch on felt, or cold applied liquid. Confirm vapour control, under layer, and cap sheet. Document roof finishes including ballast, slabs, roof garden, or self-protected cap sheet. Specify insulation manufacturer and thickness, and upstand finish and thickness. Add supporting images and complete a clear sign off and summary.
