This rope access site audit checklist helps teams verify safe setup and execution of work at height. Use it to review site documentation, housekeeping, access barriers, materials storage, air quality, site security, amenities, and noise controls. Confirm fall protection, rope protection, double rope use, and correct setup of restraint or arrest systems. Check harness and equipment inspections, electrical testing and tagging, and cable management. Verify supervision by a Level 3 Rope Access Supervisor, current qualifications, inductions, pre-starts, toolbox talks, and risk assessments. Ensure first aid readiness, rescue plan, evacuation points, and daily dynamic risk reviews to maintain compliance and safety.
