Questo modello di Rapporto visita cantiere aiuta a documentare le ispezioni in campo in modo completo e tracciabile. Include dati identificativi del controllo, impresa esecutrice, contratto, località e preposto, oltre ai nominativi delle maestranze. La checklist copre sicurezza di cantiere (segnaletica, delimitazioni, presidi antincendio e primo soccorso, documenti come POS, ModArt26, Pdl, CI, PI), lavori elettrici e DPI, attrezzature e mezzi. Sono presenti anche controlli ambientali (gestione rifiuti, terre e rocce da scavo, contenimento sversamenti, impatto acustico) e sezioni per allegare evidenze fotografiche e firme. Le celle evidenziate devono essere compilate e le NC vanno descritte con dettagli.
