Checklist in italiano per il controllo di cantiere. Include pagina di intestazione (dati incaricato, impresa, contratto, località, preposto, maestranze e mezzi) e sezioni obbligatorie evidenziate: in caso di non conformità è richiesto dettaglio e, se possibile, evidenza fotografica. La check list di sicurezza verifica segnaletica, cartelli e delimitazioni, antincendio e primo soccorso, qualifiche e competenze, documenti (POS, PdL, CI, PI, ModArt26), lavori elettrici e assenza tensione, DPI, attrezzature e mezzi, documentazione e corretta utilizzazione. La check list ambientale copre gestione rifiuti e depositi temporanei, protezioni contro sversamenti, trasporto rifiuti, tracciabilità, ordine dell’area, protezioni per apparecchiature in olio, kit di assorbimento, impatto acustico, gestione terre e rocce da scavo e materiali da taglio piante.
