This construction quality control checklist helps inspectors verify proper installation of exterior joint sealants and water repellent on building envelopes. Record mockups, adhesion and pull tests, joint depth-to-width ratios, acceptable profiles, curing conditions, and retain samples. For water repellent, document substrate prep, coverage rates, total product installed, and pre/post test results with photos. Attach manufacturer letters and photo evidence throughout to ensure specification compliance and traceability.
