Qualified Electrical Worker Evaluation

This Qualified Electrical Worker Evaluation helps verify an employee’s skills and training to work safely around energized electrical equipment. The checklist covers job safety planning, risk assessment, voltage testing, and establishing an electrically safe work condition. It reinforces the hierarchy of controls, PPE selection and inspection, and Category 2 arc-rated protection.
