This field service safety review helps supervisors assess S and C team members against critical electrical and job site safety practices. It covers job specific documentation, emergency information, and site readiness. Inspect PPE availability and condition including arc rated clothing, face shields, rubber goods, and hearing protection. Verify electrical safety controls such as arc flash boundaries, barricades, testing equipment calibration, and lockout tagout for all energy sources. Check extension cords and insulated tools, fall protection, hot work permits and fire watch as required. Include ergonomics and lifting techniques, hydration, and housekeeping. Confirm current training for first aid, CPR, AED, blood borne pathogens, fall protection, PPE, LOTO, arc flash, confined space, basic electrical safety, fire extinguishers, and hazard communication. Record nonconformances, assign follow up actions, and capture required signatures.
