QC Inspection #2: Power Disconnect Verification

This QC Inspection #2 checklist verifies that utilities are safely disconnected and the site is ready after self or GC move out. Confirm the meter has been removed to disconnect power, water is shut off, permits are posted in a permit box, and access is clear. Document the damaged dwelling, interior rooms, additional structures, and marked utility locations with timestamped photos. Combine photos and the checklist into a single PDF, email and upload it as required, and obtain permission to leave the site.
