Use this QA/QC Inspection Report template to document construction project details and quality checks. Capture project name and number, date and time, weather, areas visited, trades onsite, and work in progress. Verify compliance against plans, specifications, and submittals; check tolerances and finishes; record material storage practices and any field tests performed. Log deficiencies with locations, referenced drawings/specs, responsible trades, and recommended corrective actions, then set target reinspection dates. Note coordination items, meetings, RFIs, and contractor responses. Conclude with an overall quality summary and collect inspector and contractor signatures.
