This precast install checklist supports safe, accurate panel installation on construction sites. It covers prestart items such as establishing an exclusion zone, completing the EWP logbook and toolbox talk, and confirming slab strength for braces. The installation section guides teams to set panels to survey marks, keep vertical plumb within 8 mm and face alignment within 5 mm, secure minimum restraint fixings, and lock or remove unused props. It prompts checks for transport or erection damage, correct dowel placement and lengths, and grouting of dowel voids and beds per manufacturer recommendations with plastic laid prior to mixing.
