PPHS Health and Safety Inspection Checklist

This PPHS health and safety inspection checklist helps teams verify key site-safety controls and vehicle equipment before work begins. Confirm signage is visible, dust and floor protection is in place, and required PPE is available or worn, including safety boots, hi-vis, hard hats, gloves, and safety goggles. Check ladder safety with slip mats, and validate van-readiness: fire extinguisher, in-date first aid kit with eyewash, face masks, torch, hand wipes or sanitizer, and boot covers.
