This free Pre PCI construction checklist helps site managers and homeowners review a build before practical completion and handover. Record job details including job number, address, date, and stage of construction. Inspect external elements such as front elevation, portico or porch, sides, rear, alfresco, and garage, then work through internal rooms including entry, study, kitchen, pantry, dining, living, theatre, laundry, master bedroom, ensuites, walk in robe, bathrooms, WC, and additional bedrooms. Rate each area as good, average, poor, or not applicable, and add notes and photos where needed. Finish with general comments and collect digital signatures from the client and supervisor to confirm readiness for PCI.
