Dual Residence PCI / Handover Report

This dual residence PCI and handover checklist guides pre-handover inspections across every area of a home. Verify entries, hallways, bedrooms and robes; assess bathrooms and ensuites for screens, tiling, silicone, fittings and ventilation; check kitchen joinery, benchtops, splashbacks, appliances and plumbing; review laundry, living and dining; and inspect garage, porch, and alfresco.
