This mid and post installation ventilation carpentry checklist supports room-by-room assessments of door undercuts and required trimming across living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, and other spaces. Record project and location details, name of competent person, survey type, and client info. Capture in-progress and completed photos, mark where further trimming is required, and document any additional notes. Conclude with assessment sign-off and full name and signature to confirm completion and compliance.
