This MHU Warranty Inspection checklist guides inspectors through a thorough post delivery review of manufactured homes after block, level and anchoring are complete. Verify exterior elements such as roof shingles, fascia, soffits, vinyl siding, windows, doors, lights, receptacles, hose bibs and dryer vent cover. Check interior rooms for sheetrock, trim, cabinets, fixtures, GFCI, appliances, HVAC vents, electrical outlets and panels, plumbing taps and safety devices. Complete the inspection within 48 hours, take timestamped photos with location details, email the PDF and upload to the field app as required. Add notes and signatures to document warranty status.
