This ladder and stepladder inspection record helps teams conduct pre-use checks and scheduled visual inspections to keep equipment safe and compliant. Capture ladder type, location and asset ID, then verify feet, rungs, stiles, tie rods, welds, fasteners and stability. Record contamination, corrosion, dents and other defects, attach photos, note actions, and sign off.
