Use this labour camp inspection template to evaluate living conditions and safety across worker accommodations. Record ventilation type, number of ventilation and light points, and measure key environmental factors including noise, CO2, CO, ozone, sulfur dioxide, ammonia, nitrogen dioxide, lower explosive limit, radon, total volatile organic compounds, formaldehyde, PM2.5, PM10, light, electromagnetic fields, radiation, temperature, humidity, and air velocity. Add photos and notes to document findings and track corrective actions.
