Use this kitchen pre-works survey to capture essential details before a kitchen installation or refurbishment. Record property access, stairs and permits; resident constraints; existing kitchen conditions including flooring, boiler, gas and electric appliances, stop tap and consumer unit locations, meters, extractor fan feasibility and asbestos requirements. Plan the new kitchen by noting extra power points, wall chasing, appliance repositioning, and finish selections for units, worktops, handles, tiles and flooring. Attach photos, estimate time for the fitter, electrician and gas engineer, and obtain customer sign-off.
