Our Controls Meeting Checklist

Use this practical checklist to facilitate Above the Line controls meetings on construction projects. Guide supervisors and crews through critical risk controls for working at heights, mobile plant and POZ management, temporary works such as formwork and scaffolding, live services and electricity, live traffic interfaces, and crane or lifting operations. Reinforce housekeeping, access and egress, weather and environmental conditions, PPE, hot works readiness, and chemical handling. Capture photos, assign actions with due dates, record participants, and verify close-out evidence to ensure controls remain effective and work is stopped and restarted safely when risks change.
