ITP for Post-Tensioning Grouting

This Inspection and Test Plan template helps contractors document and verify post-tensioning grouting of slabs. It covers pre-grouting checks, grout mix details (premix or GP cement with additives), required water-to-cement ratios per product data sheets, and the grouting procedure for different duct types (flat 70 or 90 mm or round). Record inspections for looped tendons, grout expulsion quality, perimeter leak checks, and completion status. Capture results and any required follow-ups, and obtain confirmations from the pump, bucket and nozzle operators, the leading hand, and the main contractor to ensure compliant, fully grouted tendons.
