Use this Initial Site Setup Audit to ensure a safe and compliant construction site before works commence. The checklist reviews management systems and project documentation, including project management plans, risk registers, consultation methods, and site diaries. It verifies quality paperwork such as ITPs and photo records, and checks the notice board for policies, site rules, site plans, and safety alerts. The audit covers work environment controls like perimeter fencing, signage, first aid, amenities, spill kits, fire extinguishers, sediment controls, and concrete washout. It also assesses emergency response readiness, traffic management controls, and excavation requirements including DBYD information. Record corrective actions and complete sign off with the on site representative and auditor.
