Use this checklist to perform daily inspections of a Hitachi 350-7 excavator, serial number 90059. Verify fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil and radiator levels. Inspect tracks or wheel assemblies, bucket pins and linkage, lights, reversing alarm and indicators. Check mirrors, hydraulic hoses, fixings, guards and handrails, rams, pins and steering rods. Test AFB and horn, seat and seat belt, control switches and levers, beacons and camera. Confirm height and slew restrictors operate correctly. Review required permits to break ground, lift and work near overhead hazards. Ensure pedals are free of obstructions. Capture comments, date, name and signature.
