Use this daily site log to document project title, job number, managers, supervisors, team members, and shift times. Capture RAMS availability and acknowledgment, weather and site conditions, and identify hazards such as working at height, vehicles, electricity, dust, noise, vibration, and adverse weather. Record permits including general work, hot work, and confined spaces, list equipment used or hired and additional requirements, and detail duties performed against the program by each operative. Note issues raised by operatives or the client, any delays, accidents, and near misses, attach daily photos, and complete sign off.
