GridStor General Safety Audit Checklist

This GridStor General Safety Audit checklist helps teams evaluate job sites for compliance and risk across key safety domains. It covers project safety plans and emergency action plans, signage and site control, housekeeping, aerial lifts, confined spaces, electrical work (Subpart K) and high-voltage operations (Subpart V), excavation and trenching, fall protection, fire prevention, hand and power tools, HAZWOPER, ladders, lifting and rigging, material handling and forklifts, first aid and medical readiness, vehicles and DOT requirements, PPE, scaffolds, toxic and hazardous substances including HAZCOM and flammable storage, welding and cutting hot work, and traffic work zones.
