This paint inspection checklist is designed for G.J. Gardner Geelong residential builds to assess exterior and interior finishes. It covers site details, outside works such as correct colors, use of Solashield for eaves and soffits, JH cladding filled with polyurethane, timber pre‑oiled and coated, fire‑rated paint certification, cleaning paint from brickwork and windows, PVC pipes painted, lintels and meter box coating, caulking, and window cleaning before scaffold removal. Interior checks include Haymes ultra‑premium three‑coat systems, condition of paint, gaps to skirting, clean windows, removed masking, and sharp cutting in. Woodwork items include correct colors, acrylic enamel three‑coat systems, painting door tops and bottoms, gapped architraves, labeled touch‑up cans, and garage floor trims. The checklist also prompts housekeeping signage, job completion percentage, rectification works, target dates, and supervisor signatures.
