Enthalten sind Projekt- und Baustellendaten, Kontrollen vor Arbeitsbeginn, PSA-Prüfpunkte nach DGUV 112-198/112-199 sowie objektbezogene Gefahren wie scharfe Kanten, Absturz-, Stolper- und Rutschgefahren, heiße/kalte oder bewegte Teile und schwierige Zugänge. Weitere Kapitel decken elektrische und strahlende Gefahren, Gefahrstoffe, sowie Umgebungsbedingungen wie Witterung, Verkehrssicherung, Zufahrt und Freiräumen des Arbeitsbereichs ab. Notfall- und Rettungsmaßnahmen, Kommunikationswege und die Verfügbarkeit von Rettungsgerät werden geprüft. Abschließend erfolgt die Arbeitsfreigabe auf Basis der Beurteilung.
