Diese deutschsprachige LOTO Checkliste von Schneider Electric unterstützt Teams dabei, elektrische Gefahren wirksam zu vermeiden. Sie führt strukturiert durch die 5 Sicherheitsregeln: Freischalten, gegen Wiedereinschalten sichern, Spannungsfreiheit feststellen, Erden und Kurzschließen sowie benachbarte unter Spannung stehende Teile abdecken und abschranken. Enthalten sind vorbereitende Tätigkeiten, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten (Arbeits- und Schaltverantwortliche), Anforderungen an persönliche Schutzausrüstung, Prüf- und Dokumentationsschritte sowie der sichere Wiedereinschaltprozess. Die Vorlage ist für Arbeiten in MS/HS-Anlagen geeignet und legt Wert auf klare Nachweise durch Unterschriften vor und nach der Arbeit.
