Forward Tipping Dumper CITB GET0733 Assessment
by Paul Davies, from the Community
This on-site competence assessment aligns with CITB GET0733 to evaluate the safe operation of a forward tipping dumper. It covers operative details and verification of PPE, pre-start checks in line with PUWER, tyre and skip condition, engine and fluid checks, greasing points and maintenance, refueling procedures, and instrument checks. The practical assessment observes receiving and discharging loads from a 360, correct positioning and disembarkation, safe line-of-sight, controlled travel including inclines, stopping and holding position on signal, and correct shutdown. Final sign-off captures delegate and assessor signatures.
