This formwork inspection checklist covers temporary works for precast and in situ concrete columns, walls, and core walls. It guides inspectors to confirm the design brief and design check certificate, reference codes of practice, and verify that drawings are issued for construction and logged in the TW register. On-site checks include correct setup per construction drawings, shuttering against kicker, base plate bolts and pins, adequate number of props, and sign-off by TWS. It also prompts verification of permits to strike issued and signed by TWC or TWS.
