This construction spot audit helps supervisors assess contractors and site workers for compliance with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS). It guides checks across SWMS implementation, plant and equipment, hazardous substances, temporary structures, and other key areas. Review objective evidence, worker sign-offs, training and licences, equipment condition, risk ratings, and control measures.
