This fitting audit checklist supports installers in documenting prefit and onsite activities before leaving site. Record RAMS, order acknowledgment, site surveys, drawings and pre site photos. Capture observations, hazards and near misses with notes and photos. Run QC checks for frames, glass units and vents, note missing items, and report any aborted fitting. Log products fitted with locations and aperture photos, verify to survey, collect customer sign offs, and manage delivery notes, stillages, towers and final foreman sign off.
