Use this Fraser Coast Regional Council planning investigation file note to document inspections and compliance actions. Capture property details, lot and RP, zoning and overlays, officers in attendance, and general findings. Record identified breaches, cautions issued, activities conducted, tools and operations, on-site personnel and customers, and deliveries. Log specific findings such as vehicle counts and ownership, relevant approvals and advertising, and whether amended building classifications are required.
