Description

All fall protection equipment shall be inspected before each use by the user in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommended instructions and Company policy. Such an inspection is to be identified on the task associated JSEA (Job Safety Environmental Analysis. Formal inspections should be documented by use of this form at a minimum of once a year.
