All vehicles are to be inspected and maintained on a monthly basis as per the Vehicle Management Procedure - PALMS. Where a defect is identified that may jeopardise the roadworthiness or safety of the vehicle, the vehicle should be immediately removed from use until the repairs/replacement can be arranged by the Account Manager/Liaison Officer in conjunction with the Fleet Officer. Once checklist completed it is to be uploaded to Y:Drive/Regions/Fleet Management folders under the correct regionand vehicle registration.
