Ez a sablon a falitöltő (EV töltő) telepítésének lezárásakor segít a megvalósult kivitelezés dokumentálásában. Rögzíthetők az elkészült állapot fotói, az ÁVK (típus, névleges áram, hibaáram) és a kismegszakító paraméterei (névleges áram, kioldási karakterisztika, zárlati áram), a felhasznált kábel jól olvasható keresztmetszete, valamint a beépített árammegosztó. Megadható az ügyfél neve, és minden kulcsinformáció egy helyen gyűjthető az átadás, ellenőrzés és megfelelőség támogatására.
