Use this ventilation report to document requirements for residential or commercial fan installations. Capture survey details, rooms needing extraction, fan type selection including IEV, DMEV or PIV, and trickle vent needs. Add photos of rooms, internal and external walls, soffits and loft spaces, and record electrical outlets and wall construction. Note roof material, wall width, routes for ducting, and permeability testing. Collect customer approval and provide a simple floor plan for PIV placement.
