EPS Production QA ITP Checklist

This EPS Production QA ITP template supports quality assurance for precast concrete panel manufacturing. It guides teams through hold points and production checks, including boxing and squareness, reinforcement to approved drawings, cover and lifter setup, grout tube verification, and concrete MPa selection. It also covers post-pour inspections for tags, dimensions, lifting point integrity, fitments, finish, stripping damage, and use of chemical or mechanical anchors per manufacturer and engineering requirements.
