EGW CSEM Form 2.1: Initial Hazard Identification
by David Kinsey, from the Community
Use this EGW CSEM Form 2.1 template to complete initial hazard identification and classify contract risk before works commence. The checklist covers high risk OHS activities such as road and rail proximity, overhead and underground services, powered mobile plant, trenches, asbestos, confined spaces, hazardous atmospheres, manual handling, working at heights, hazardous chemicals, structural alterations, energised electrical, public interface, precast, demolition, water work, and UV exposure. It also assesses key environmental aspects and determines if a principal contractor is required, supporting pre tender HSE communication and compliance.
