This ECEC site daily checklist helps supervisors complete a structured safety walk to improve site safety and compliance. It covers work areas, housekeeping, walkways, work surfaces, guarding, material storage, worker induction and identification, and personal protective equipment. It includes checks for fall protection and anchorage points, ladders, tools and equipment, excavations with safe access, barricading and signage, electrical safety with ground fault protection and lockout tagout, chemical storage with spill control and safety data sheets, and welfare facilities such as toilets, first aid, emergency contacts and eyewash. It also reviews equipment and plant condition, vehicle reversing aids, lifting operations with certified operators and riggers, and hot work readiness. The checklist ends with space for comments, corrective actions and sign off.
