This weekly site safety audit checklist helps teams evaluate construction sites for hazards and compliance. Review weather risks, site security, access and egress, trenches and controls, housekeeping and lighting. Check hazardous substances, labels and safety data sheets. Inspect ladders and ladder use, confined spaces, emergency plans, toolbox talks and PPE standards. Verify electrical safety including cords, grounding and ground fault protection. Assess work at height with training, fall prevention and fall arrest plans and rescue readiness. Confirm powered equipment certification, daily inspections and suitability for the task and surface.
