Work Inspection Record (WIR) - Containment

This Work Inspection Record (WIR) template supports quality checks for electrical cable containment systems including tray, trunking, conduit and accessories. Sections cover project and location details, control points, and acceptance criteria per manufacturer recommendations and drawings. Inspect for corrosion, correct bracket positions, adequate clearances from other services, correct sizing, and deburred cuts with protection. Confirm assemblies are rigidly secured to supports, earthing is to specification, and continuity test results are recorded. Capture evidence, note defects and corrective actions, and complete reviewer name, signature and date for sign-off.
