This construction checklist supports inspections for insitu and precast walls and columns on the Dianella project. It guides checks for formwork cleaning and propping, dimensions and thickness, penetrations and cast ins, steel reinforcement placement and cover, laps and corners, bar chairs, movement joints, concrete strength and slump, and curing. It also covers waterproofing to retaining walls, column ties and starters, prop installation and removal records, weld plates, grouting of dowels, joints and panel undersides, and final sealant.
