The induction covers minimum topics such as locations of asbestos containing materials, company policies (health and safety, environmental, quality, anti-bribery, COSHH, COVID-19), RAMS and the Construction Phase Plan, right to refuse unsafe work, allocation of safety responsibilities, site rules, hazards and controls, permit to work requirements, fire and emergency procedures, first aid provisions, PPE availability and use, incident and near-miss reporting, welfare facilities, hygiene and housekeeping, and smoking policy. It concludes with declarations and signatures from the inductee and site supervisor.
