This deck quality control checklist helps construction teams verify critical items before concrete pours. Review current drawings, check for rebar impacts on layout, confirm correct sleeve and drain types and sizes, set heights and levels accurately, and ensure sleeves and drains are securely fastened. Inspect for damage, protect adjustable threads and exposed cast iron, and confirm bands are torqued to specification. Spot check dimensions from column lines, set floor sinks to the proper elevation, and capture signatures and dates for accountability.
