It covers external works such as driveway, stormwater, brickwork, roofing, gutters, painting, and fencing; services and compliance including gas, NBN, termite sticker, BAL requirements, smoke alarms, air conditioning, solar, and hot water; and internal finishes like doors, skirtings, cabinetry, benchtops, tiling, silicone, mirrors, shower screens, and floor coverings.
