Final QA Prior to Final Walkthrough

Use this final QA checklist to guide the last quality assurance pass before your client walkthrough and handover. It covers interior spaces like entry and bedrooms; bathrooms and ensuites including fittings, taps, vanities, mirrors and shower screens; kitchen and butler's pantry appliances, benchtops, splashbacks and cabinetry; laundry, study and activity rooms; as well as external finishes such as render, cladding, paint, gutters, eaves and roof flashing. It also includes checks for staircases, balconies, windows and seals, garage doors, and whole-house systems like heating and cooling. Capture photos, note owner-supplied items, and list outstanding items to ensure a thorough, defect-free finish.
