DACS Management Spot Safety Inspection

Use this DACS management spot safety inspection template to complete monthly audits by site and project managers. The checklist covers training and documentation, staff inductions, RAMS sign on, competency evidence, housekeeping and welfare, barriers and signage, lighting, tools and equipment checks including PAT, working at height using ladders or MEWPs with pre use inspections and current LOLER, PPE and RPE compliance including face fit, CoSHH assessments and storage, and permits to work.
