Conduct comprehensive field safety audits for utility and construction crews with this checklist. Review job briefings, crew roles, PPE compliance, energized vs de-energized work controls, cover-up and grounding, fall protection, overhead and underground procedures, excavation safety, vehicle setup and grounding, traffic control, housekeeping, and documentation.
